Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take? Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Some items may ship directly from our brand partners, which can take 7–14 business days.
Do you offer free shipping? We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly.
Do you ship internationally? At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please contact us at hello@dressthepet.com to initiate a return.
How do I exchange an item? Contact us at hello@dressthepet.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We'll guide you through the process.
Are there items that can't be returned? For hygiene reasons, wellness products (grooming items, dental products, supplements) and food items cannot be returned once opened.
Products & Sizing
How do I find the right size for my pet? Each product listing includes a size guide. We recommend measuring your pet's neck, chest, and back length before ordering. When in doubt, size up for comfort.
Are your products safe for pets? Absolutely. All products in our store are designed specifically for pets and meet applicable safety standards. We only carry items from trusted brands and suppliers.
Do you sell products for cats and dogs? Yes! We carry fashion, accessories, and wellness products for both dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure payment system. We never store your credit card information.
Account & Contact
Do I need an account to place an order? No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders and save your information for faster checkout.
