Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping (5–10 business days)
- Orders under $75: $5.99
- Orders over $75: FREE
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Partners: We work with major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Some items ship directly from our brand partners.
Delivery: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Contact us at hello@dressthepet.com to receive return instructions
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Wellness and grooming products
- Dental care items
- Supplements and food products
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges Want a different size or color? Contact us at hello@dressthepet.com and we'll help you get the right item.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
